If you don't use too many models in your map the size is fine. And the buildings are excellent quality.

Nice set of morden city building models (saw other models too) . Especially useful that most have death animations. Gonna try 'em in WE. As for textures you might try to reduce their quality in WC image extractor.

It works fine for me and performs well as doodad (also the other buildings and the phone booth) in my zombie map.
