Bugged Model

Hello here.
I tried to add a hero glow to Shandris model.

Going step by step in Oinkerwinkle's tutorial for adding Hero glow to models, I created a new model that looks fine when opened in Warcraft 3 Viewer.

In game, however, it looks like this:

I totally dunno what to do, I did everything like it was in the tutorial, though I think I must did something wrong. However this is my first time editing a model so I dunno how should a fine work even look like...

Could anyone help? I've attached the .mdl file for you to look if the error is there.

You could have used this model:

you need to import your model as mdx, not as mdl. you need to convert it with (fore example) warcraft 3 Mdlx converter. but jeah, i did it for you

Edit: mhm, sorry for this mistake but, if i import it now the hero glow isn't there

I have .mdx, however it's not readable, that's why I've put here the readable .mdl.
