my laser has no glow

help me!

i wanted to create a green glowing laser like in this tutorial :

i followed the tutorial but in the warcraft 3 model preview my laser has no green glow at all !

this is what my model looks like in the preview:

so can anyone tell me what did i do wrong?

Thats now how wc3 models work.

You cant add or transfer render effects to wc3 models.

uhuhuhuh (crying SFX) . i've just wasted my time learning that tutorial.

i wanted to learn modelling ever since i joined hiveworkshop 6 years ago but dont know where to start. so, without guidance, i learned many tutorials from other websites and youtubes but most of them dont work with wc3.

finally i got frustrated and chooses to abandon my dreams to be a modeller. i forgot all the things i learned in all those years. i got lost ever since.....

now, i want to try again. but i repeated the same mistake again

i dont know what tutorial i should learn and should not learn

Please, teacher. can you show me the right path? save me from this 6 years of damnation! as a model moderator, YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE !

But Anarchianbedlam reassured him that his time had come to master the arts and become a god himself among his mortal brethren.
