Anyway, this is nice but you might wanna capture the definition of what your creating. As said, you might wanna clear up what your creating and then add effects and decoration.

I agree with the others. It's hard to see what it should actually look like, but the icon looks nice anyway. =)
Maybe you should fade the picture at the disbtn instead of making such sharp edges.

Oh yeah, well, you are supposed to see 3 water rays on the icon ;P It's for a spell quite equal with forked lightning, just with water instead of lightning (in my own map that is^^) But I believe the icon can be used for other things too of course!
