It's more like an ice shard. Lower the brightness and try to remove some of "cracks" if you want it to be a diamond. Nice, but it could be nicer.

uff, too dark now? I will try to remove these sparks. But i think i will fail coz i did them with "dodge" and its hard to remove dodge without mess with the other colors...
