I really hope some sort of actual policy is made regarding recolors, besides all or none. The problem is that it seems to be either no recolors allowed whatsoever, or that awful period we had like two years ago where they decided to allow EVERY recolor as if they weren't expected to meet the other requirements in terms of quality and usefulness.

What ought to be done is to simply treat icons and skins the same way as models: even if it's a recolor or CnP (for a model, that would be like a re-wrap or a geomerge), it should simply be rated/approved based on whether or not it meets other requirements of looking good, being useful, and being sufficiently different from the original.

Anyway, I really do hope an exception is made for this one, it does look quite good and could definitely be useful to people.
