What do you mean by malefic?

Undead:

Fleshreaver (very large ghoul) A sadistic ghoul, bloated to far greater proportions than its lesser comrades.
Abilities: Summon minions (more ghouls), Cannibalize, Festering Claws (poison)

Cadaverborn (Abomination) A necromantic experiment gone horribly wrong, housing swarms of parasitic creatures in its half-rotted cavities.
Abilities: Carrion Swarm, Cannibalize, Locust Swarm, Disease Cloud

Bog and Ugog, the Raised Ogres (One-headed Ogres with undead skins) Two Ogre brothers who defended their camp from the Scourge before being overwhelmed and brought back to unlife.
Abilities:
Bog: Slam, Bash, Taunt/Death Coil
Ugog: Throw Boulder, Bash, Taunt/Death Coil
(Two ideas here: either have one with more armor, life and close-range AoE spells but deals less damage and DPS, who uses Taunt only to be healed by the other when taking too much damage. The other is to give them both Death Coil, making them the same unit. Whichever makes for a more entertaining fight.)

Demonic:

Raz'agall, Slayer of Thousands (Doom Guard) A soldier in the Burning Legion, by whose blade untold thousands have died.
Abilities: Shockwave, Cleaving Strike, Spitefire (Phoenix Fire), Splitblade (Barrage, modified to hit ground), some kind of mass-knockback spell.

Zxxzxazz'ui, the Reader (Eredar) A demon consumed with the thirst for knowledge, applying it to devastating degree).
Abilities: multiple Spellbooks, with whatever spells you feel like giving, possibly randomly chosen by the game.

Undead:
Big Daddy
- Big Daddy is a large zombie, very fat but very strong. He is slow but can deal big damage to the enemies.
Grave Monster
- Grave Monster is a terrible monster which has been reborn by dark magic. Grave monster stays in his grave all the time and can deal damage from a far. When he is furious, his size doubles.

Devil:
Eradar Lord
- The Eradar Lord can manipulate almost every aspect of magic and has a wide selection of powerful spells. He is an all around powerful foe.
Dark One
- The Dark One is a dark demonic soul. When you look into him you only see evil in his eyes and intentions to kill you. The Dark One freely manipulates the souls of his former victims and can posses or even control the enemies.

Demon Boss:
Khezzinor the Wrathful - Felguard
Infamous Mo'arg champion renowned for his unquenchable fury. As Khezzinor fights longer, he will become frustrated and thus getting angrier and angrier, eventually becoming able to slay any enemies of the Burning Legion.
Abilities:Unquenchable Fury(Increases attack speed and attack power of Khezzinor.), Furious Cleave(Khezzinor's attack also damages other combatants in melee range.), Demonic Rage(Khezzinor starts a rampage, attacking combatants regardless of priority), Brutal Impale(Khezzinor impales a combatant, the player suffers damage overtime for 30 seconds)
Fight:Khezzinor initially hits hard at a moderate speed. Khezzinor gains more attack power and attack speed as the fight goes on, casting Unquenchable Fury on himself every 10 seconds. The combatants can reduce the Unquenchable Fury buff on Khezzinor by injecting him with Tranquilizing Energies from the pylons located in his room. Combatants(except for the tank) should stay away from Khezzinor in melee range. Khezzinor can go on a rampage, dealing damage to anyone in the group.

Destromath - Pit Lord
Powerful Annihilan famous for his ability to control fel flame. The fight against Destromath would be chaotic as he will leave fel flame at the area, and summons poweful Infernal that can disrupt the group, or killing them.
Abilities:Summons Infernal(Summons an Infernal), Incinerating Flame(Breath out a stream of Fel Flame, leaving Fel Flame on the ground that deals damage to those who gets near them), Infernal Barrage(Deals damage to all the combatants within an AOE, spawning Fel Flame on the ground), Abyssal Shower(Improved Rain of Fire, spawns Fel Flame), Felflame(Auto-cast "Searing Arrows"-like ability)
Fight:Destromath hits hard at a slow speed. His melee attacks spawn Fel Flame on the ground that burns for 20 seconds, so the combatants should never stop moving during the fight. He has several more abilities that spawn Fel Flame and is capable of calling down an Infernal that will get troublesome if not killed quickly.

Undead (team boss)

Bare Bones

A warband specializing in secret operations, now more fearsome than ever as they lack the fear of death.

The Huge One: Enormous before being returned, now positively gargantuan, capable of devastating damage if allowed to close.

Abilities: Taunt, Devotion Aura, Slam, Bash

The Quick One: An assassin and poisoner in life, undeath has smiled upon this wretched creature.

Abilities: Shadow Strike, Wind Walk, Charm (if used on hero, is a stun spell), Unholy Aura

The Smart One: Once a powerful mage, its magic is more potent than ever, if twisted and near unrecognizable.

Abilities: Brilliance Aura, Healing Wave (with a suitably undead-looking model), Unholy Frenzy, Animate Dead

Obviously these three are meant to work in a tight group, supporting each other. The best way to defeat them is to split them up and take them out one at a time.

Undead: Bullseye (Solo)
Model

Abilities:
~DeathMark: [AutoCast] Basically Incinerate but slows hero movement/attack as well
~Maim: Basically an edited Thunderbolt
~Strike: (Use Deadeye's spell animation)

Ult:
~Drain: Target enemy hero is stunned for 5 sec. and loses 80% of remaining HP and Mana. Bullseye gains the lost mana. He only casts this once his HP is 25% of max. Cooldown: moderate.

Heliodromech the Everburning

a flame demon spirit..

Skills:
Spawn Fiery Minions
Ignite - burns everybody near him, damaging them per second until they leave the area around him
Comet - area stun
