Borrowing Animations?

Hello this Tunercarof1970, I have currently started creating models with GMax, but I have run into a problem: I just simply SUCK at animating, therefore I was wondering: How do people "borrow" animations from models?

I am thinking of borrowing the Steam Tank's animations for my tank models, but I have NO CLUE HOW. I would appreciate any help given.
