well, at least you could via triggering:

if a building is built

building of type x (your types)

attach birth model to origin of built house

(youd need to delete the effect afterwards)

i dont think its possible in an easier way, as the birth anims are hardcoded i think and therefore you'd need to otherwise copy over the existing ones (which you can do if you dont need them anymore)
 
Bob, do you mean like those tentacles on the undead buildings or the water ghosts on the of the Naga?

I searched it, and found nothing. D;

So, if I want it do be attached, I make the model, and the birth model, then what? I simply attach it ingame? Isn't there something you can do with model imported path?
