I am having an issue with the birthlink function with several buildings in a custom techtree. I've used the Birthlink attachment to link a birth animation that is just an edited Trueshot Aura. It's non looping. As it's a tower defense map, I make the birth animations out of the walk animations. I use geoset animations to make the model invisible during the birth animation and rename the sequence. And for the most part it works. Except sometimes the walk animation starts playing again and the model becomes visible before the birth model finishes its animation. I've managed to fix this by trial and error- redoing the walk-to-birth animations, and I think reducing the frames that the birth animation has worked. I've had success with all of my models in this category except one. I fixed the issue wherein it becomes visible before birth concludes, but now there is a different issue. The birth animation just stays on the same frame, and doesn't play the whole animation.
Does anyone know what the secret is to figuring this out? I've attached the model. I edited the model from this. Is it something to do with that model or is my editing the issue? I am using Magos.
EDIT: fixed the problem. I made the birth animation longer by making it end at a later frame.
