bnet custom script + campaing requirment

Hello, i have two problem for my map:
The first one: bnet custom script:
I need to make computer act like if it was a bnet, but, it will work with only custom units AND i need to be able to set difficulty, i need at total at least four difficulty(easy, normal, hard, Insane, if it's possible, Ultimate)
And i need another thing, computer may has an hero and this hero must survive, so tell me if it's possible to make the computer take care of this hero.
The script must act only on a part of the map too. My map has epic size and i will cutit in smaller part to make many level, so is it possible to make the computer act like in a bnet only in a part of the map and this, when i want.

My second problem:
Campaing Requirment:
In my campaing, units must not all be available at the beginning, you will need to unlock them by completing level. So can you tell me how to makes somes units unseeable at the beginning and make them trainable when i want?
(sames thing for somes building.)
Thx for answer.
(PS: if you dont understand what i mean, plz, post.^^)

Don't worry :)
Other than Downgrading, i guess everything you wanted is possible.

About the script running only on a part of the map, i'm not sure. Are you using WEU? It comes with an AI script. Maybe you can make it run only in a part of the map by enabling it for only one player and using that player on that part.
