Heh, what i meant is that you should fill out the form without all the questions and only with the info for your request(s). ;)

Earlier today Nightblade took the great risk of giving me free reins on his banner.
I've been working alot on this, and i can say that this banner is (apart from the fonts) made entirely by me, in photoshop.
