i dont think it is possible, but in vJass iy maybe i dunno.

but wanna know if it possible to get the map on load to read from a list

on just say pastebin, for names, and if that player name is ingame it kicks them from the map?

i can do this from map triggers, but only per person and it requires a update verison of map per person added.

I'm not sure if LUA brought support to read/write to a MySQL database, but if so you can make a MySQL based banlist. I believe some third party software would be necessary though.

Not messed with Lua Since I Run CnC Renegade Servers 12 years ago.

so I guess not for me, and I do have a server host with Database for my URL I could use.
