Big map size

Hello,

I have problem with some big size maps in WC3FT for example 2mb up.

I download them million times, but in game it didn't work, i even could not see them.

I got new patch 1.26, oryginal game and don't find any solutions for my problem.

Plz help, there are so many nice solo maps to play.

PS. I put the maps in good patch to x/warcraft/maps/download
PS2. sorry for language

Rename them into a shorter name, it's not the file size that prevents them from showing up in the list.

I got one more question. I download map, hosting it in lan mode (as solo player) and in the map menu I got no enemy and I could not start it, because I don't have any enemies. Is this map maker error or mine ?

it depends upon the map's triggers or code... so technically... the map maker

Or just go in Solo for play to the map.

And you can add a computer slot (in an enemy team) for start game in Lan.

Yes, but I don't have any free slot to turn computer on.

Yesterday I check many maps for solo players and I am suprised, because many of them have only 1 slot for red.

Do u think that so many map makers do something wrong ??

Maybe there is some way to play those maps?

You are wondering that singleplayer maps have only one player slot? The computer players if existing are mostly fixed, so you do not have to set them up.

Or just go in Solo for play to the map.

You go in Solo - Custom Game. You choice map in map list, then start game. You can start a game without enemies in Solo.
