Whenever I animate my model, (correct bones and everything) I move the bones and all, but when I move the bones, the shape deforms and some of it stretches from where the shape is, to where I want it to move.
is the bone you ar moving a parent? parents will also cause other bones to move, so lets say your using milkshape and start putting joints, randomly so the left leg bone might be connected to the right hand bone, therefore when you move the the left hand the right hand may also screw up.
