Well, you might, I don't honestly know, I've had it since the Alpha.

If it's any consolation, though, only closed beta players get that avatar,
so if you get it, you get something that new players will never get

I found the Alpha a bit unfair since the amount of time they gave you to get to 40 depended on when they invited you. The result was that I did not get the avatar purely because it would take another month of playing to get it. They really should have retro-actively given players who reached 40 their alpha icon as long as they were in the alpha and reached 40 by the end of the beta. I really feel sorry for the people who only got in at the last month or so.

What? Everyone in the Alpha should get an avatar, as well as the beta players get a beta
avatar. The "level 40" thing is the golden avatar, and hey, it's not like they're required to
hand out those avatars, it's by their own choice. I kind of like the "if you make it you
get a prize, if not, tough luck" mentality. Especially since they hand out normal ones
as well.

I mean, sure you can feel sorry for the people who didn't get one and all that, but
you shouldn't let that "disappointment" out on Blizzard, it's not like they did anything
"wrong." Is all.

From my experience Arthras is a mediocre hero. He is not as much a punching bag as Muradin and is not the damage/support as Diablo. He has some useful stun and snipe abilities but they lack the effectiveness of other heroes. Overall he is a jack of all trades but ace of none meaning he is pretty vulnerable/ineffective at times. He should definitely partner up as his stuns and AoE only really shine in multi-hero combat (preferably with an assassin or specialist).

It's curious you would say that, some while ago when I watched "Brawl with the Blues"
Thrall edition, the guys talked about how Diablo was one of the worst warrior class
heroes. Admittedly, I guess he's good at crowd control, with his grab and charge ability,
but I rarely see anyone playing him well individually, mostly when I see someone playing
him good it's in combination with other heroes, like lining up kills for others.

They also said that Arthas was one of the best warrior classes, but I can't really say,
seeing as I haven't played him much. My favourite warrior class is Muradin, I just like
his mobility parred with his stuns, but generally I don't really like melee heroes.

My favourite is, and I'm sure this comes as a shock to you all, Li Li Mostly because
she's easy to play, and I feel really good playing a support class hero, helping out my
team as best I can I'm pretty sure I'd like Brightwing too, but I haven't tried her
much at all, mostly because the voice acting sounds so damned terrible.

Other than that I also really like Thrall and Anub'Arak, even though I've heard
Anub'Arak is supposed to be poorly balanced. There's just something about his trait and
the tunnel/charge ability I find intriguing.

I don't think we can play cross-realm And I have too many friends in Europe to

I really love the game.

I normally don't play MOBAs, Don't get me wrong but I prefer the Full RTS game. Building base, my economy, my army. Now, I Played LoL and Smite, DOTA 2 don't got me hooked unlike the previous two.

Now I got invited to HotS beta and... IT'S AWESOME! first time that I enjoy playing a MOBA and don't getting flamed by my time and the maps, oh god, the MAPS! they're gorgeous!

He is more a hybrid Warrior/Assassin. He lacks the snipe abilities/combos of an assassin but he has the utility of a Warrior. He also can perform great threat against you since he stops you from meleeing gates (he would grab you and kill you with help of fortress). For a Warrior he also deals some pretty good damage which makes him a huge threat against weak heroes. His only let down is his passive which does make him quite durable but that is pretty much it.

They did buff him a tad since alpha (when I played him a lot). His frost ring thing is effective against trash and gives you good movement damage against the odd hero.

I hope I am not the only person who thinks that Li Li is out of place. I can only imagine her being in Heroes of the Storm as a joke so you can beat up a female child panda. There should be some form of age limit on contestants in the nexus, not just for human contestants.

As a character she has good pushing power. She will practically never win most damage but she can still deal a fair amount while also healing for similar amounts. Her main advantage is her difficulty to kill so she can keep pushing and harassing with practically never going to the fountain. As far as support goes she is the weakest damage dealer as all others have a combat spec that packs a punch.

Other than that I also really like Thrall and Anub'Arak, even though I've heard
Anub'Arak is supposed to be poorly balanced. There's just something about his trait and
the tunnel/charge ability I find intriguing.

Anubarak is a Warrior/Specilist hybrid. He can spec in a way to take on any fort with beetles absorbing the damage.

Thral has insane combos. Although the AI never use them, against humans I imagine you need to be very careful, especially if he has a 1 or 2 level advantage on you.
