I truly think Soldier is the best, only lacking in well.....NOTHING. He can do any role, his speed is unmatched, the rocket jump is sp33dy and his fearsome rocket launcher can wreck havoc with a uber, he is the brute of the team and rallies his allies, he should always be on a team.
