Bear form Problem

I'm doing a non-hero skill for a druid to become a bear, but I'm faced with a problem that I don't understand. When I do the transformation as a hero skill it normally changes the form of the hero to a bear, but when marking the field that set the skill as a hero as false and put it in the list of the hero's normal skills when starting the game it appears in the skill spaces but it doesn't work properly, not transforming the hero into a bear and making a bug making him turn into several things, the only direction in Magic is the fact that one is normal and the other is a hero, I'm working with Bear Form as a base.
