a week ago, i saw this funny wc3 movie about dota and leavers, it was hilarous. at first i planned to do a movie in the universe of wc3, but it would be even greater if the movie would be around wc3search. on flash movies there isnt really a limit on the customization of graphics and sounds.

i did a little so far, it will be an history about the rise of wormskull to the status of an admin ( an event that will never occur in real life, but anyways... ) and the fall of the noob kingdom. i plan it to last about 6 minutes, to take about one month of pleasant work...

i could just need some persons to post here, to say why they should be in my movie. if not enough persons post, i will just take whoever i want. if you post, say what role you'd like to have

(spider have been enhanced on page 3, and theres also a hires frame of darky)
Few characters, about 10, will have high quality flash-made characters, and everybody will have a stand/walk handrawn animation, and most important persons will have a fairly high amount of animations.
Above with the armor is me, in my highly detailed character during biographies.. and below is darky, with his beta stand/walk animations

grey archon, some parts would require a frame by frame, but some parts such when someone walks, think or stand stills or talks doesnt require frame by frame, since they tend to be very repetitive. 1 month of work would be enough anyway

I've got a few things to say; 1st, I think nerubians have 8 legs, not 6. 2nd, Sounds like my idea of the map with people from wc3sear.ch. 3rd, high-quaility flash animation, oxymoron :lol: .

Okay, but seriously. I advise way more detail and animations, the one of Darky28 is 2 frames. Not hard, but I'd like to be a part of it. I know! Make me a newb (not n00b) leader or something. 8)

PS: Don't forget to kill me off in a great battlem, or a hilarous way. i.e. * Konblade drops his sword on his foot and bleeds to death. :lol:

And if I'm in it, make me as the Yuan-Ti guy I currently have as my avatar. He has a snake-like body if you haven't seen the full sprite. Why not the fox version? Cause my Yuan-Ti is taller. And can wield golf-clubs better

As for that, all I can say is use some artwork like that, and you can put like an intro where you se Darky so happy after getting a promotion in his job, he suddenly gave you mod powers, then all the skinning noobs start screaming, some bashing their heads into their monitors and electrocuting themselves, others crying for their mommies until their lungs fall out, that kind brutal nasty stuff :twisted:

I agree that the Wormskull character should die at the end of the movie. It should either be through 1. A really funny method, 2. A nasty/brutal way, or 3. Something really petty after surviving something ridiculously lethal. Examples of each include some of the funnier ways Kenny has died in South Park, Orc Fan's avatar busting out of his computer and slicing said victim to pieces with his trade mark Z-Saber combo, and falling down the stairs after surviving a typical oversized anime beam unscathed.

there was a clog in the progress of the movie. my cpu had to be repaired during 2-3 days, but thank ghandi i saved my work somewhere safe. i also got sick, damn winter... so now i only finished darky's high detail version

im glad a lot of persons replied, i will put as much as i can, there is so much replies i havent looked at all of them, but i will only pick a dozen or so. and no, i wont die, what kind of idea is that?

the possibly scenario would be: a brief description of every main characters, then the movie begins with me falling down the sky to fall on mountains ( ouch ). we see the handsome wormskull walking towards the town of wc3search and silently flaming skins and icons. the townsfolk are revolted, and vote for me to be executed or not. i vote not to be executed, and later i get promoted to a mighty moderator when i reach 3000 comments. i mind control darky, making me his sucedor, so when he leaves, i can be the mighty admin. i escort darky to a forest to the little city of AI, but halfway, i backstab darky and become the supreme king of the city of wc3search.
the capital is broken, and divided into several factions ( faction of spammer, noobs, skinners, mods ). my faction ( the mightiest one, of course ) declare war to the faction of konblade's, pins' and psycho's. in a bloody mindless gore fight, i get to defeat the prince of Shitania ( Konblade ), the king of of Crapium ( Pins ), and the wretched ruler of the Filters ( psycho ).

And betwen these acts, there is a good pack of random events, promoting some members..

Oh and of course all of this with some RF music. and of course..voices.. if anyone is up to, when the graphics are done.

I don't know if you've ever seen anyone.. err, you know.. *move*, but more than just the legs move. Make the upper body rise and fall slowly, add breathing for the chest, make the eyes blink, arms going left and right, or just up and down to make it seem more nerubian.

-Here's a little advice if you want this movie to be funny. Comedy is all about well executed delivery combined with good timing. One of the secrets to making a good satire is to never let one's arrogence, vanity, or pride get in the way of a good joke. Satires are at their funnest when everyone is made fun of, including the creator if he's a charcter in it.
-I've got an idea for one of the ways the noob faction can suffer humiliating losses. Some other faction could plant a bomb in one of their bases. When the countdown timer happens, the noobs should try to figure out what's happening (all spoken in noobish not to mention flaming each other while doing it). The narrator should try to translate it into english, get frustrated, and give up, resulting in a poorly translated version of what they're trying to say.
