[Trigger] Attack Trigger

Does "Unit is attacked" trigger happen after the unit was successfully hit or just whenever an unit attacks? Need a trigger that triggers after a successful attack.

BTW since this is the same subject, I also need a trigger that fires after a successful spell hits a single target(unit targeted during casting, not just any unit hit by the AoE damage).

you need to use the A specific unit takes damage to make a trigger react when a unit is succesfully hit by a attack or hit by a spell
