[General] Attack Cone?

I need a more reliable and adjustable Cone attack then Cleaving Attack. Cleaving Attack can only have the range of the AoE and the damage factor adjusted, but I also need to adjust the angle of the cone.

Has anyone done something like this yet? It would be possible, though probably not quite easy to do.
