Not at all possible?
You could import multiple versions of the same model which have different tints and scales. Then one can destroy the exiting attachment and replace it with a new one.

Otherwise this is impossible. WC3 lacks a StarCraft II style actor system where one can change various properties of attachments.

How can I change an existing model with different tints?
