I rather like the design on this map I'll give it a play tomorrow, edit this comment, and then rate it for you. Very nice looking from the screenshots

First and foremost, I am not a melee player The most of what I know is from watching others online, as I am terrible myself. This is just my own feedback.

• The map is very appealing, looks nice
• Seems to be well balanced, neither side has a choke point that the other doesn't, and item drops are mirrored across the map.
• The creep camps seem to favor expansions (that is, if you want to do the most creep camps and make the most of your time, you'll end up creeping the gold mine. Why not take the expansion?)
• I noticed the dogs in the field. Very nice
• I'll rate it 4/5 The map is appealing and is definitely not mirrored (visually), creating a nice environment. The design is unique while still certainly being playable. I believe the play might be a little linear sometimes though: Creep the camps, take the expansion, attack the enemy. But then again, this is a 1v1 map, which may be the point Well done. Great map.

 

[Guineafowl]

Seems a pretty good map. Played it once against AI.

A very small map indeed, with very few points of conflict and a curious choice to have an open area in the middle of the map that is inaccessible - not necessarily a bad idea though.
I probably would enjoy a single shared creep-pack that is a bit tougher, but that's more of a personal preference.

I do like the added flavour from the map's name and description, tying it more specifically to the Warcraft Lore.

 

[deepstrasz]

A nice melee map with an inaccessible by foot patch of terrain (middle). The only issue would be that it's prone to rushes (towers, units/militia etc.).
