67chrome: Overall I like the changes in this, though it is a tad blurry, and it would be nice if you could clean that up a bit. The hair actually looks blond, which is nice. The strands within it are not the greatest though, it would be nice if they flowed a little better. The shading on the top of the forehead makes for an awkward transition to the hair as well, it should be lighter. The cape seems to have to much folds, most of the cloth in this skin does, but the cape should be simplified a bit. The armor could use a little more shine, but meh. This skin looks very close to having an adequate amount of work for approval, just work on it some more

67chrome: The hair looks worse now, it has no dimension and is just a solid color. I would highly recommend pulling up a picture of a blond person and using the eyedropper tool on it to get a good blond hair color down. The areas on the face that are next to the hair also seem a little dark for being next to something blond. The folds in a lot of the cloth seem rather minimal now, and the direction of the folds in the cape seems off. Also, a lot of this skin seems to have blurry transitions between things, such a were the cloth ends on the chest and were the armor starts. Rope off an area you are working on with the selection tool to get clean edges or use smaller brushes.

67chrome: the hair still looks bad, find a picture of a blond person and make the hair (and hairline, one thing that makes it look weird is how dark the skin is around the hair) and use that as a reference to improve the hair. You won't be able to make his hair look right unless you do, I'd heavily recommend using the eyedropper tool to get the right colors as well. Blond is not a color anyone can easily pick out, and is one of the hardest hair colors to do.

Hair looks weird. I kinda like the small Lordaeron logo on his armor, it makes him look like member of some secret organization, like DHARMA Initiative.

Perhaps you should look at how the hair is shaded in the normal Arthas. The dark part on it wraps well on the model, and in this the Arthas' hair looks monotone.

Eh... The color is great right now, it's just, the right side of the original skin's hair is darker than the left, because the unwrap goes around his head. Bleh, I'm bad at explaining things.

DUde.. you made a really good job so far with the structure of your texture, everything seems to be at his right place...

but what you are missing is the technique, your textures are blurry and to bright, learn to make proprer metal and cloths...

This texture can really turn out great, and even become a DC if you put effort into it.

If you want any tip.

Read tutorials, and try again and again until you have it right.
