Moderator's Review: too big for an aura, shrink it, and particle count could be smaller by a third or lill more. also, change the model's internal name. also, i don't think a 'portrait' is needed

Arcane is more of a lighter color, with a tiny pinch of teal in it. I think it's a little too blue.
