AOE Targetting Problems

Ok so I was playing as the Druid, and when I went to use Entangle in the first area forest, the AOE reticule seemed to be floating high above the ground, so I moved it around and it kinda went on its side and back to the ground like it was targeting over a huge box. This happen for anyone else?

there is a problem with 2 areas in the forest that seem to be ledges when they are not, it makes the target appear higher than it should be. When I figure out how to fix this, it will be fixed
