AOE Arcane Spell

I need an arcane spell for my hero (some sort of arcane mage)
the spell has a few requirements:
1) needs to hit multiple targets
2) no movement or attack speed reducing effects
3) no armor reducing effects
4) does not require DDS
5) does not require JASS to create

All help welcome
