Alternative to jM2converter?

I'm trying to figure out how to port wow models, but most tutorials I find say I need jM2converter. The problem is, none of the links work and I can't find the file anyhere online, is there some software I can use instead of it?

Perhaps @Kaizer123 would know? I see he's published multiple wow models.
