Those bugs are blizzard quality. Also inconsequential.

If they saw fit to include an empty global sequence and twelve unused sounds in their emitter, who am I to question it?

Well, I would like to ask to fix those issues anyway. Just because Blizzard did a very funky job making these models does not mean you can not fix them.
Also, you might learn something making them better.

I upload these things out of a sense of communal duty. If I make usable models, I should also make them available. I don't get anything from it.

If you feel a need to block me from doing that, it's really more your problem than mine. I'm certainly not spending half an hour repeating a fix that amounts saving half a kilobyte per model.
