Player 1 Chooses 1 from the 3 modes at the start of the game
(Player 11 and 12 is exceptional on this alliance system)
Some kind of Alliance Mode - player 1 - player 10 are allies for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they still ally to each other but they can break their alliance by attacking their units

FFA - Free for all mode -_-

Dynamic Alliance - Players can negotiate alliance by inviting a player and that player can accept it or deny it and they can break it by attacking units or "inviting" them at war

when a player chats a black space (Enter,Space,Enter) a menu will pop up
with choices

-Ally
-War
-Resume(Gets the menu out of their faces)

So can anyone make me this?
if you can please make player 11 and 12 a exception to this system
