[Strategy / Risk] Alliance Dissension

This is just a game idea, so I'm not really planning to create this one. (I'm busy on my altered melee) And this idea is just inspired on Ujimasa Hojo's 7K altered melees



In an alternate timeline where the demonic fused orcs were prevented from destroying Stormwind and from entering the Northern and Eastern Lordaeron (but they were still able to breach through Redridge Mountains, Alterac Mountains and the Badlands), the humans, dwarves and elves celebrated in their victory, even though Dalaran was destroyed, Stromgarde was obliterated and Alterac turned traitor.

Daval Prestor, who is Deathwing in disguise, later succeeded as the regent-lord of Stormwind following the death of King Llane Wrynn (He also secretly killed the young Varian). He decided to turn the humans against each other by persuading the people of Stormwind to rise up and show dominance to the other human nations, thus creating another war. They were able to take the alliance of the Dark Iron Dwarves (still enemies to Bronzebeards and Wildhammers) and force Kul Tiras into their side.

King Terenas has taken alliance with Antonidas (leader of Dalaran remnants), and has taken arms against the false alliance in the Southern Azeroth. They were able to persuade the High Elves and the still-recovering Dwarves as well. The Silverhand expands their influence across the Northern Azeroth. Jaina Proudmoore has chosen her Dalaran affiliation rather than Kul Tiras.

The Burning Legion wasn't very happy about the Alliance victory, but they were able to find alliance with the remnants of Alterac ,still holding their ground against the Alliance, in Alterac's desperate bid to survive the Alliance.

Tichondrius was able to persuade Kel'thuzad, the Barovs and a few rogue wizards in the ruins of Dalaran and the hiding orcs in the Burning Steppes, Twilight Highlands and in Dragonmaw Port. Gul'dan and Kel'thuzad's first move was to create an undead army in Drak'tharon keep; and Daval (who was at their side in their plan to destroy Azeroth) is slowly turning Stormwind into a brainwashed pawn for the Scourge and for the Burning Legion.

And the Trolls are slowly but surely uniting themselves along with the refugee orcs against the both alliances.

• Frostwolf Clan (Drek'thar, Nazgrel,Morg Wolfsong)

Certain Events

• Purple can destroy Lordaeron to get undead Arthas, can destroy Stratholme to get undead Titus they can also get an undead Alexandros.
• Purple can create a Lich King from either Arthas, Aliden, Alexandros or Titus. Each LK has different skills and stats.
• Purple's Kel'thuzad turns into a Lich on consuming the Sunwell.
• Purple can capture Andorhal.
• Purple can capture Silvermoon, forcing Teal to be allied to the B. Legion and killing all Teal's heroes and replaces with Lana'thel.
• Blue's Alexandros/Tirion will get stronger with Ashbringer when Nekros dies.
• Blue gains Renault Mograine when Alexandros dies.
• Blue gains Arthas when Uther dies.
• Blue gains Tirion Fordring when Saidan and Alexandros dies.
• Blue receives Sally Whitemane and the Tirisfal Monastery on Renault reaching level 8.
• Blue can capture Barov Manor and receive Weldon Barov.
• Teal can either restore Dalaran or found New Dalaran in the Storm Peaks.
• Teal gains Jaina Proudmoore when Antonidas dies.
• Teal can alternatively gain Jaina on capturing Kul Tiras.
• Teal can capture Alterac, forcing Purple to be allied to the N. Alliance and killing all Purple's heroes and replaces with Hath and Isiden Perenolde.
• Yellow can gain the support of the Frostborne Dwarves.
• Yellow can capture Shadowforge and force Grey to be allied to the N. Alliance, killing all Grey's heroes and replaces with Lok'thos Darkbargainer.
• Grey can summon Ragnaros when Dagran reaches level 15.
• Grey can capture Ironforge and force Yellow to be allied to the S. Alliance, killing all Yellow's hereos and replaces with Moira Thaurissan.
• Dark Green can restore Stromgarde.
• Dark Green can capture Gilneas by destroying the Greymane Tower.
• Dark Green can capture Alterac, forcing Purple to be allied to the S. Alliance and killing all Purple's heroes and replaces with Hath and Isiden Perenolde.
• Dark Green can capture Karazhan.
• Red can summon Archimonde on Gul'dan taking the Book of Medivh and summoning him at the Sunwell.
• Brown receives Nek'rosh Skullcrusher when Nekros dies.
• Brown receives Cho'gall when Zuluhed dies.
• Brown can summon Deathwing on Cho'gall reaching level 15.
• Green can summon Akil'zon on reaching certain troll sacrifices.
• Green receives a base on destroying Silvermoon.
• Green receives Zul'drak on any hero entering it.
• Pink can summon Hakkar on Jammal reaching level 12.
• Pink receives bases on destroying Northshire, Goldshire and Darkshire.
• Pink receives Zaldazar on any hero entering it.
• Light Blue can capture Alterac and receive a base there.
• Light Blue can capture Booty Bay and gain goblins.
• Light Blue receives Kargath base on destroying Dreadmaul Rock.
• And many others.

It's just a map idea so it can be trashed when it looks bad.

I do love the story and the events seem to be well thought out. But how do you think the capturing will work in this map? What kind of strategy map are you planning to make it? Spawn based, control point / azeroth wars like, etc.

I recommend you check off a few thing you are going to do out of the options you have for different parts of the map.
