Adding Hero weapon glow?

Hey guys, I'm creating a hero based off the Dryad model, I've managed to add a hero glow using a tutorial from this site but having problems attaching a hero weapon glow.

How would I make a hero glow suitable to cover the Dryads spear and how would I get it to work with all the animations? Sorry if this is abit of a noob question but couldnt find any tutorials on this. Will give rep ofc.

pretty much the same you did with the normal hero glow, but now you need to fit the glow to the spear, make the glow's bone be billboarded and parent him to the bone that the weapon uses.

arg now I've lost where the adding hero glow tutorial's gone, I got most of that and will try it but what do you mean by "Billboarded" and how do I go about doing that?
