What is the best way for adding a hero glow.

I use Max5 with the art tools. I cannot figure out how to get a hero glow that looks like the glows that heroes within the game have. Suggestions or tutorials are welcome.

Make a new geoset, make it have just a square, make it use the texture that all hero glows use (Replaceable ID 2) and make it use an "Additive" texture type

The most easiest and n00best way (excuse me) is to use WE Unlimited's WEU Enhancer and tick Add Hero Glow Models into your map. (download the tool in the the tool section) Also tick Use Advanced Triggers

Then we'd go to Advanced triggers in WE Unlimited's trigger editor and find Add Hero Glow, add it, simple as that.

Sopho, that's a lazy way. And that'll only fix the one at the bottom, along with it not being perminant. I'm pretty sure if he has the art tools and max 5, he'll know how to add an addiative layer

Well, I have no idea about what models are but I saw in the model section some hero glow models. Couldn't he just add them to the model?

You should say "how can i add a hero glow" instead of ur current subject.. title, so it becomes a question instead of a, mhh, debat.(i'm 2 tired 2 be pissed)

The easiest way is 2 use oinkers tools, once u've learned u can mass produce(i learned the second day i got it) he has alotta tutorials. Go 2 his site.
