Hi! I've finally got to working on a larger SC2 project. I'm making a survival horror style map (you can check out a preview - actually just the intro cinematic - on battle-net - search for "Escape from Death Row").

Anyway, I was looking into attaching weapons to the main character, using Prisoner model, and to my chagrin the model doesn't have a hand attachment point. I did manage to make a machete go through his head and chest, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for just yet.

I've searched for tutorials that could help me with this, but I've never really dabbled in modeling before so it's a bit overwhelming. Could someone point me in the right direction - what software I'd need add an attachment point, or better yet, modify the model for me? That would be awesome.

Thanks in advance,
Klear

Edit:
In case anybody's wondering, or needs to do the same thing as me, I've found what I was looking for here:
