Add level to Spell

Hey, guys. Long time no see (right)? Anyway, i need help on how to add levels to spells...Maybe, you can gimme link to the tutorial, or maybe you can show it here...'Coz I need to fix my (unleveled) spell like Flash Sword and Hellfire.....

What do you mean by (unleveled) ? Are they hero spells or normal unit spell ?
