I would like to know how to add a skill to a hero that he/she can upgrade,
Like you get Critical Strike by a trigger and you can upgrade it with skill points.

Using the "Levels" field? Your question isn't really clear, if that is not what you're asking.

he wants to add an ability to a hero by triggering (and not by just leveling the hero), and make the ability levelable by using skillpoints (you know, you get 1 skillpoint per level)
