Activate and Deactivate Effect

Alright, I need a spell that you can activate and unactivate, once activated it'll give you a hidden spell book that'll have Evasion, Gem of True Sight, and the ability to copy other units skills, can only copy up to one spell, and once you deactivate this effect, the evasion, Gem of True Sight, and the copy spell will be removed.

This ability goes up to 15 levels, and I need the evasion to go up a bit each level.

Level 1: Evasion 10% Level 2: Evasion 12% etc.

I also need it to take mana each second when its activated, for an example, it'll take 5 mana a second.

Preferably in GUI

only unit ability can be copied?

Well.. I ment, only able to copy 1 hero ability (some abilities cannot be copied), in a 1000 range radius of that hero that has the activated effect.

And for the mana, every level, the mana goes up aswell.

I'd want this so multiple players with heros can use this at the same time with other people with the same ability, and not glitch or bug up.

Edit: Actually, this spell is only going to have 3 levels, If you can, just give me the invisable spell book with the upgradable evasion, and the gem of true sight inside aswell.
