Help with a spell

Hey,

i wanna make a spell which drains mana while is activated. the spell has 3 levels and if the spell is active the hero gains + str and lost mana per second as long the spell is active.
for example: Level 1 +10 str drain 10 mana per second
Level 1 +20 str drain 20 mana per second
Level 1 +30 str drain 30 mana per second

i hope anybody could help me and sry for my bad english

so you want: if casting that target gains a STR but have a mana missing?

he only lose mana and gets +STR while the spell is active and if the spell off he dont lose longer mana and lost the bonus STR.
