Accidentally "Closed" my spell "AFK Protection 1.0, Auto Start 1.0, Ease In 1.0"

how can i "open"(unclose) it again?

or it was closed after i accidentally deleted it and reposted it?
- i only wanted to change the image.. there was the delete button next to it so i figured..
maybe that was considered as Thread Bumping/ or Necroposting.. ?
