Take an attack or ability from one unit and give it to another one.
See how long it takes you to make the game balanced again.
I will start:

Mother ship is given Carrier Interceptor mechanics instead of its normal attack mechanics.

To compensate for that, marines have the tempest attack.

As far as I am aware there is no Tempest unit in StarCraft II Wings of Liberty.

It is not valid as the skills there undergo major change all the time.
