Ability - Level Array Field what is this ?

Hi hive, I'm relatively new to using the updated warcraft 3, since for a long time I only used version 1.26, so I'm not familiar or aware of many new things that have been added. That's why I ask what is this for? "Ability Level Array Field". Gyazo

Does it work only in Jass? because in GUI it does not allow to use it. Look on hive if anyone has already asked about this but I think I'm the first lol.

Should be ability fields like Art - Target, Art - Target Attachment Point, Techtree - Requirements, etc.
It's really still not available at all, for GUI or Jass, it's incomplete unfortunately.
