A Problem With NEWGEN Warcraft

Im not sure why, but everytime i try to test a map in JassNewGen WE it will give me an error saying "Warcraft III has stopped working". And also when I try to Open the New Gen Warcraft it gives me an error(Pic). Im using Windows Vista. Please help me fix this problem.
