So every once in a while, you might wonder while playing a game..."Well, why are the Frost Wyrms doing piercing damage?" Or, perhaps, "Why are there Tavern Heroes missing?" Or, "Why does the Firelord have the old Incinerate?" Or, "Why don't Ziggurats have the new armor ammount of 5?" These oddities and many more are all solved so very easily.

~Don't Click the below link until I tell you.
When you make a map, it probably looks like the one in this thread:
Chaos Orc Race - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site

That is to say, look at that screenshot in my post in that thread.
A map starts out with default game data set. Which isn't the latest patch.
I don't work for Blizzard so don't ask me why this is the default option, but you should never use it when you make your maps. You should always use Melee (Latest Patch). It will make map making so much easier for you. ~Now you can click the link if you're not sure what I mean and you can check out the picture.

I hope you enjoyed this Tutorial, and keep in mind it's my first.
I know I didn't put as much effort as others have put into their tutorials, but I have begun to get tired of telling people to set this map option properly. So now you can know what's wrong with your Frost Wyrms and Ziggurats and Tavern Heroes and all that.

what do you mean, what's the point of the tutorial?

it explains what to do with your map instead of trying to do this and that and the other thing by changing things in object editor to try to update them, instead you can simply choose this option and all that is done for you, a huge time saver no matter the problem.
