Hi guys, i have a leak issue in one of my triggers, its pretty simple (i think), there just must be something that im missing. Here it is:

  • Dialog - A dialog button is clicked for Dialog_Menu
  • Set Temp_Point = ((Triggering player) start location)
  • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
    • If - Conditions
      • (Clicked dialog button) Equal to Dialog_Button[1]
    • Then - Actions
      • Quest - Display to (Player group((Triggering player))) the Quest Update message: |cffff8800- You hav...
      • Melee Game - Create Human starting units for (Triggering player) at Temp_Point (Include Heroes)
      • Environment - Remove Blight for (Triggering player) from Temp_Point to a radius of 2000.00
      • Set Race[(Player number of (Triggering player))] = Human
    • Else - Actions
  • Custom script: call RemoveLocation (udg_Temp_Point)
Im not entirely sure how to copy and paste triggers properly into this, i hope this is enough information though. Am i doing something wrong here?

Thank you

Besides the player group leak this trigger is not likely your issue. What makes you certain this is the problemchild? Disable this one and run your map and see if the leaks persist.

You should also save Triggering Player as you call it so many times.

To fix the Player Group leak.

Set TempForce == PlayerGroup(Triggering Player/TempPlayer)

call DestroyForce(udg_TempForce)

Quest messages don't really leak, but you definitely are leaking a player group. Remove it as I have shown above.

As for the location leak, I don't really use the Starting units function but if TriggerHappy thinks it leaks it probably does, and it's likely that is the supposed leaked location.

This is also not all the other functions that it calls. All the above leak non nulled locals. There are still the others that i have not checked.

If you look at the above it leaks location. It also has non nulled locals which also leak.
