This is a request not anyone can do, it is a full screen race selection dialog which haves to contain space for:

Lore - Pros/Cons - Model Preview - About 16 slots for races - Almost everything configurable

Sorry, but you will find noone making a new full scren system for a request. If you are no coder your only chance is to take usage of an already existing systems. This is your best chance.
Test them yourself and try to find out if they could be useful for you, or not.

Problems for importing a system properly to your map is something else -- and for apperaring questions someone might help to answer.

I've tried to edit other systems, but they're all in JASS or vJASS and I don't control that language.

GUI is limited in function, i doubt those are possible without using jass.
