A funny error occurs with leveling abilities

When you level an ability past it's max it disappears and is set to 0/null and the unit even still has the ability but it is in a disabled state.

Example: You got 4 levels of Blizzard and you trigger it to level to 5, the problem occurs.

Just a cool feature I stumbled on a long time ago.

IIRC you can use this to manually reset cooldowns of spells in spellbooks (or hero abilities).

This doesn't work for spells inside a spellbook. The Inc/Dec level trick is the only way to reset a cooldown of a single spell inside a spellbook.

Btw, it should be noted that this only works with the IncUnitAbilityLevel and DecUnitAbilityLevel natives. It doesn't work with SetUnitAbilityLevel.
