3DXML convert request

Hey.

I have Viking ship model I downloaded for free from 3dvia website. And I need to convert this .3dxml extension model into something that could be read by 3ds max. So I need this file converted into another extension such as 3ds, dae, obj, fbx or anything else so that I could open it through 3ds max. Could anyone do this for me?

Support would be truly appreciated.

I spent hours on google, the only way I found was that I had to spend cash to get that.
