3ds max uv mapping problem

Customize > preferences > viewports > [Configure driver] > and there, tick the "Match Bitmap Size as Closely as Possible"
You may also need to refresh the materials after doing that. (click show/hide the material in viewport)

It is only pixelated in the viewports to save memory. Why you want it to be not pixelated in the viewports anyway ? The texture will be displayed properly everywhere else.
