3 bug insanity!

Im making rpg, and i got 3 bugs, which i got no clue on how to fix. The bugs are;
1. Problem Solved
2. After buff ends(not in all cases), the buff is replaced with another buff, which has same icon than the first buff, but no tooltips and it wont disapear after while.
3. I made spell from nightelfs roar, and made buff for it. When i use this spell, it shows buff with ROAR icon, which is not same icon i use as the icon of the buff of the spell, and no tooltips.

If you know what causes these bugs, how to fix them, or some1 who knows how to fix them, i would be very gratefull to know.

Everything would be guesswork unless we saw some more information, such as the triggers for hero death/revival (globals included), your roar stats, and elaborate more on w/e you're ghost is and probably provide the triggs it goes with as well as its object editor stats if necessary (use the [HIIDDE][/HIDDEN] tags to conserve space)
