This bar was given to me by -Kobas- when we worked on SotP together. As far as THW rules are concerned, I believe you can't just extract a resource from a map and upload it as one of your own. What if the author doesn't want it distributed? Did you ask -Kobas-, me or the author before uploading?

Not to mention, it's just the correct thing to do - if you want to upload something that isn't yours, you ask.

I personally wouldn't have minded giving it to you. But it's not created by me - I asked for it and I got it. Keep it for yourself and don't upload it as a public resource until you find the original author to give you permission. That's the correct way to do things.

I didn't extract it. I drew it with photoshop, calculated and used layers. You might think I stole it, but I more likely I just got the idea, not the resource.

I am no expert in this - I'll let the moderators decide. They'll probably ask for proof, I dunno. But tell me, why didn't you create a health bar with 5 boxes, or 10, which would be far more useful since calculations can be done much more easily (eg; with 10 boxes you can tell 10%, 20% of max health and so on), but instead you created the same bar that already exists and that many people can get themselves?

Why anyone else should to care if even its creator doesn't care?
